Club FM

Club FM is one of the main radio stations in Albania, which has gained popularity also through the broadcast on TV of its shows. The radio station started broadcasting in February 1998 in the frequency 100.4 in Tirana, while since then the signal has expanded in other areas of the country. Over the years Club FM has managed to attract some of the most talented radio professionals in Albania. The radio station is also disseminated through digital networks and also offers blogs and podcasts. The two most popular shows in the radio stations are The Morning Club and A Car with Two Wheels, which are transmitted in the morning and afternoon also as TV shows. In its online page Club FM states that its programs are built to be interactive with the public and receive hundreds of messages every day from loyal fans.

At the time of the company’s foundation Papadopoulos and Doudoulakis controlled 26% of the shares each, while Bylykbashi and Shemko 24% each.

Arben Bylykbashi – has been involved in the Albanian media market since 1999, when he founded the company ‘Club Muzikor’ Sh.a, where he first controlled 24% of the shares. His partners in the radio station were the producer Gjergji Shenko and two Greek businessmen, Nikolaos Papadopoulos and Ioannis Doudoulakis, who left the company between 2006 and 2008. Bylykbashi’s role in the company grew with time, first as administrator and later as a majority shareholder. The main activity of the company is radio Club FM, but its operations extend at organizing events and advertising. From 2015, ‘Club Muzikor’ became a family owned operation. According to the Albanian National Business Register, Bylykbashi owns 74% of shares and his sister-in-law, Olta Reka, 26% of shares. Another business of the Bylykbashi family is the company ‘Club Production’, which is owned by Flutura Bylykbashi, the wife of Arben Bylykbashi. This company operates in the fields of spot production and advertising, poster design and other publications.

Enkel Demi – is a moderator of TV and radio shows. He started his career in 1993 at Radio Tirana and later moved to TV Klan. Demi now heads the show “Look at the program’ at RTSH and the show ‘A car with two wheels’ at Club FM. Demi is also a member of the supervisory board of the company ‘Club Muzikor.’
