TV Klan is one of the biggest media groups in Albania, owned by former journalist turned businessman Aleksandër Frangaj and his wife Alba Gina. TV Klan is active in TV and Radio Markets through TV Klan, Klan Plus, Radio Klan and indirectly through ABC News TV - where Frangaj family is a minority shareholder.
TV Klan is second biggest free on air media company in Albania by revenues and has the highest profits in the entire media market in the country, including pay per view distribution platforms. TV Klan has book value (total assets) of 2.4 Bn. Lek, (USD 18.8 Mio), which amounts to 15% of total assets of the TV media market in Albania.
TV Klan company own TV Klan channel, TV Klan Plus and Radio Klan. It owns one of the five digital terrestrial licenses.
TV Klan was founded in 1997 by three businessmen, Aleksandër Frangaj (50%), Marsel Skendo (25%) and Julian Roche (25%). Klan received one of the two national licenses in 2001.
Currently is owned by Aleksandër Frangaj (60%) and his wife Alba Gina (40%).
TV Klan is known for cultivating amicable relations with different governments and has been accused of receiving rewards for its pro government editorial line, including large volumes of government paid advertising.

Aleksander Frangaj – is a former journalist and media entrepreneur with shares in TV Klan, ABC News and a company named Albania 2017 founded in 2017. He is a co-founder of the daily newspaper Koha Jone, the first independent newspapers published after the fall of communism in Albania. In 1997 Frangaj founded a company Media 6 with two other businessmen, Julian Roche and Marsel Skendo. Frangaj owned 50% of the company, while his two partners owned 25% each. The company published the weekly magazine Klan and launched the television station with the same name. In 2013, the name of the company was changed from Media 6 to TV Klan. To date, Frangaj owns 60%, while his wife Alba Gina owns 40% at TV Klan. He initiated a plan for satellite pay TV service called Satellite + in 2004 and in a similar platform focused on Sport called "Supersport" in 2006 through the shares owned by his wife Alba Gina. He is considered to be a pro-government media owner regardless of who holds the power and has managed successfully to switch allegiances and side with any party in power over the past 20 years.
Marsel Skendo – (25%) and Julian Roche (25%) are two business partners in ADA Holding, one of the oldest companies founded in Albania in October 1990, immediately after the Communist Regime allowed private enterprises. Since then, ADA Holding has activities in airline industry, communication, construction, trade and energy it included Adanet – the first Internet Service Provider in the country.
Julien Roche – is a French national and businessman currently the President of Franco-Albanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and founder and shareholder of Helicopters Albania. He was also the co-president of Ada Air, the country’s first Airline company. Until last year he was Board Member at the Société Generale Albania. However, Skendo and Roche are no longer active in the media market since 2007.

Blendi Fevziu – is the host of Opinion, the most popular political show in Albanian media since 1997. Fevziu has been a journalist since 1990s and had worked previously as Editor in Chief in various independent and party newspapers in the early 1990s before starting a career as a TV host. In early 2000s, he was Director of Korrieri, now a defunct newspaper. His show has been aired four times per week since 2008. Fevziu authored also several, fiction and non-fiction books.
Armand Shkullaku – has been a journalist since early 1990s with a career as editor, editor in chief and director in several media outlets. He is also the President of the Association of Professional Journalists of Albania, an NGO registered in Albania.
Pandi Laço – is a TV director for various shows in TV Klan. His flagship “Histori me Zhurmues” [Tales under Censorship] show (2008-2011) dealt with history through film archives and interviews.
